DESCRIPTION:The Art of Spiritual Transformation \nIn January\, February and March of 2023 you are invited to join Jeff Carreira for three experiential explorations in the art of spiritual transformation. These workshops will be held live at The Aligned Center and there is also the option to attend virtually via Zoom Video Conferencing. Each workshop will include spiritual guidance and instruction\, practices and exercises\, as well as discussion and dialog. \nIn these workshops Jeff intends to share a comprehensive introduction to everything that he has found that allows a person to release themselves from negative tendencies and live a spiritually awakened life free from the constricting influence of fear. \nWorkshop One: The Art of Inner Freedom \nIn the first workshop we will explore the positive power of letting go. As long as we remain reactive to the repeating patterns of thought and feeling that our mind cycles through\, we will never be able to experience the joy of deeper spiritual growth. When we learn to rest in the non-reactive peace of pure awareness we discover our true self. Our true self is not intimidated by thoughts and feelings.
