Helpful tips to survive, thrive, and remember during these unprecedented times.

The scale of the Covid-19 pandemic, alongside so much grief, is unprecedented for all of us. What are the best ways to manage anxiety during months of uncertainty? If we can’t hold a traditional funeral, how do we mark a loved one’s passing? And, how can we use this time at home to make the most of  family photographs, organize objects and heirlooms, and remember family friends who have died?

Tuesday, June 16th: Coping with Grief & Anxiety: Best Ways to Survive & Thrive

Anxiety and grief often go hand in hand. And that’s understandable, isn’t it?  When we lose someone we love, we’re reminded of two truths: 1) How little control we have over our lives and 2) Our own mortality. These emotions may not be easy to manage. In severe cases, they may even stir outright fear.

In this session, you will:

  • Recognize how anxiety works and why it’s often linked to grief
  • Acquire new skills for curbing anxious thoughts and panic attacks
  • Develop a personalized Anxiety Reduction Action Plan

June 16th Session Fee: $39
