Event Details

Where the two worlds meet, the door is round and open. That place of no beginning and no end is where the universe meets our minds and imaginations; where where heaven meets earth on a horizon line; where planets move in their own orbit, and in unison within the vast expanse of the universe.

In the place where the two worlds meet, we discover our writing voice—the voice that belongs to us alone, and is simultaneously universal.

We all have a set point in consciousness – a resting consciousness where our awareness goes habitually when we are not actively doing something else. For writers, that set point is the place where the revelations of our heart, mind and soul become our story, poem, essay, or healing through words familiar and unfamiliar on the page.

In this workshop, we will go on a journey to that innermost place—to the place where the two worlds meet, where the door is round and open.

Join us for four hours of inspiring dialogue and discussion, an abundance of writing, and the joy of sharing the fruit of our work together.

Co-led by Shelley Souza and Jeff Carreira.
