Please join us on Sunday mornings for a community gathering involving meditation practice, discussion, and readings. We gather to meditate for two 20-minute sessions with a walk and/or stretch in between, then listen to an inspiring reading, and have a group discussion. This program is open to everyone. No registration is required. No experience is needed. Guidance on the technique of meditation is available to anyone interested or new to practice.
Meditation instruction (for those that are brand new to meditation or need a refresher) is available, if needed.
Cost of attendance is by donation. Recommended donation is $10 per meeting
